At OneMore Agency (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: When you sign in with email/password, Google, or Apple, we collect your name, email address, and unique user ID. For social logins, we receive data authorized by you (e.g., profile photo from Google).
  • User Preferences: We store your favorites (videos, podcasts, radio stations) and settings (e.g., theme mode, notifications) linked to your account.
  • Device and Usage Data: Non-personal data such as device type, OS version, app version, IP address, crash logs, and usage analytics to improve the App. We use Firebase Analytics for this purpose.
  • Notifications: If enabled, we collect device tokens for push notifications via Firebase Messaging.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., financial information, health data, biometrics, or location data beyond what’s required for trending content).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide core features: Account login, favorites syncing, and content recommendations.
  • To personalize your experience: Display trending content based on region or preferences.
  • To send notifications: If opted-in, for updates on trending items or new releases.
  • To improve the App: Analyze usage patterns and fix bugs.
  • To comply with legal obligations: Respond to lawful requests or protect our rights.

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with:

  • YouTube Data API: Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. We access public video data but do not share your personal info.
  • Radio-Browser API: Public radio station data; no personal data shared.
  • PodcastIndex API: Public podcast data; subject to their terms.
  • Google Calendar API: For event integration; subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Firebase (Google): For authentication, storage, analytics, and notifications. See Firebase Privacy.
  • Apple Sign-In: Subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.

These services may collect data independently; review their policies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share:

  • With service providers (e.g., Firebase) for App operations.
  • In aggregated, anonymized form for analytics.
  • If required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights/safety.
  • In a merger/acquisition, your data may transfer to the new entity.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures (e.g., encryption, firewalls) to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure; you use the App at your own risk.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data as long as your account is active. Favorites and preferences are deleted upon account deletion. Usage data is retained for up to 2 years for analytics.

7. Your Rights

  • Access, update, or delete your data via App settings.
  • Opt-out of notifications in settings.
  • For EU/UK users (GDPR): Request data portability or object to processing.
  • For California users (CCPA): Opt-out of data sales (we don’t sell data).

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If discovered, we delete it.

9. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the US or other countries. By using the App, you consent to transfers.

10. Changes to Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
