Welcome to OneMore Agency (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Purpose of the App
OneMore aggregates publicly available content from trusted third-party services, including but not limited to YouTube Data API, Radio-Browser API, PodcastIndex API, and Google Calendar API. All content (videos, podcasts, radio stations, events) remains the property of their respective owners. The App allows users to browse trending content, add items to favorites, and manage preferences via an account.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country to form a binding contract) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
You may create and access an account using:
- Email and password
- Google sign-in
- Apple sign-in
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion.
4. Favorites and User Content
You may add videos, podcasts, and radio stations to your favorites list, which is stored and synced with your account. OneMore does not host, modify, or claim ownership over any third-party content. Your favorites are for personal use only.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in third-party content belong to their respective owners. The App’s software, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with the App’s operation, security, or performance.
- Copy, redistribute, monetize, or commercially exploit third-party content accessed via the App.
- Engage in data scraping, automated access, or any activity that violates third-party terms (e.g., YouTube’s Terms of Service).
- Transmit viruses, spam, or harmful code.
Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App’s settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or for any reason without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (including our affiliates, directors, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on third-party content. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
